quiet, soft spoken, approachable prof, who genuinely wants students to succeed. Lectures can make feel a bit dull but if you pay attention then it really helps a lot. He creates a stress free and supportive environment with fair grading, keeping up with the assignments makes it easy to get a grade. Course is exam heavy.

This guy is just average not the best but not the worst. His lecture style is super dull and you are better off studying at home watching YouTube videos on Java. Decide for yourself.

The best professor I have ever seen.

I love this man. He gave us cookies and he was really nice. A little quiet so sit close to the front but honestly, he is so sweet and pretty easy. Only thing is there isn't much material to study from, other than lecture slides so be ready.

Professor Harley was amazing. He was very accessible outside class. He would bring homemade cookies to our two hour lectures for us to eat during our break. The quizzes and labs he sets are very easy and don't take too much time. He curved the final significantly, so much so that I managed to get 101% with two mistakes.

one of the most caring professors ive had. he does everything in his power to guarantee you get a good grades. he gives lots of extra marks and gives multiple quiz attempts. he has a soft voice that might make him hard to hear in bigger lecture halls and tries to get everyone to participate which slows down the pace but is overall amazing

very nice professor i recommend taking his class. exams are very fair and he curved the final by A LOT!! the only thing is it's hard to sit through his lectures because he is very slow but it is worth it
