Don't let a few negative reviews discourage you. My experience was very different. The instructor explained the material clearly, the labs supported the lectures, and the exams reflected the course content. If you attend class, keep up with the work, and ask questions when needed, you'll do well. I would definitely recommend this course.

Would give a 0/5 if I could. He doesn't know his own lecture and lab content and just reads off his slides. He is rude to people who ask questions during lectures. He doesn't check whether his exams are related to what we learned in class and if the questions are possible to do in the time limit.

Chill prof with good lectures. Slides can be a bit pointless on their own, so you should really attend lectures.

Dr. Falou is one of the best professors I have ever had. He genuinely wants his students to do well and cares about student success. He is also just very nice and funny and overall makes coming to class fun. Take this class with him if you can if you need a core elective as a FOS student. He is very knowledgeable and a good grade is achievable.

Overall good prof, he's funny and really enjoys teaching physics, the only down side is that he doesn't go through practice questions from the slide, he'll only display the answer. Midterm and final were hard so just make sure you really know the material and especially the theory for this course.

Best prof I've ever had, super caring and makes learning very intuitive and fun. Learned a lot with him as my prof and enjoyed it a lot. If you get the option to have him as your prof, do it!!!!

For clarification I took CPS371 (It wasn't available as an option to pick). He's an amazing professor I couldn't recommend him more. Lovely guy, great sense of humour and very open to chatting. Would absolutely take again
